We are here to help you get the most from using the health supplement products you order from us. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can make a Return of eligible products for a FULL REFUND ( less any applicable shipping charges ) within 90 days of the shipping date. Any products that are returned to us MUST be UnOpened and UnUsed ( ALL manufacturer safety seals and labels must be unbroken and intact and are in Re-Sellable condition ( ie: Bottles and Labels are not damaged ), in order to qualify for a Credit, Exchange or Refund.
You must include a copy of your Order Receipt or provide your Full Name and Address, Order Date and Order Number with your Return, along with your Email Address and Telephone Number, to help expedite processing a Credit, Exchange or Refund. We will try to process an appropriate Credit, Exchange or Refund, as the case may be, as quickly as possible. Please allow several working days for processing. We will send you an email update as soon as your Return has been processed. If we need any additional information to process your request, we will email or call you. Normally refunds that are issued appear in your payment statement account within two ( 2 ) to three ( 3 ) business days. However, please allow up to ten ( 10 ) business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Refunds are made and issued to the Original form of payment used to purchase the items, based on the Original purchase price ( less any shipping charges ) and pro-rated for the Net Number of bottles actually purchased and used. We apologize, but after that 90 days has passed, we can not provide any Credits or Refunds. We can NOT accept returns of Opened, Used or subsequently-Damaged bottles for Credit, Exchange or Refund. We are unable to process returns that do not meet these guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your package being returned to you or you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 10% of the original order.
You should carefully package the product bottles. However, do not wrap in newspaper ( which can damage product bottles, seals or labels, making them NOT Re-Sellable ). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any insurance and package tracking, if desired. We are not responsible or liable if your return package is not delivered to us or if it is damaged during delivery back to us. Products purchased from another store or outlet ( whether Online or In-Store ) MUST be returned to that particular store or outlet for any Credit, Exchange or Refund from them.
Subscribe And Save ( SAS ) Orders [ Auto Ship / Auto Delivery ]
We offer an extra discount amount ( generally about $20 or more ) on ALL orders that are placed ( either Online or by Telephone ) as a Subscription ( Subscribe and Save ). We will ship your same order, at regular intervals, using your previous payment method. This is also called "Auto Ship" or "Auto Delivery". It saves you both Time and Money. In this way, you will not run out of product.
For orders of One ( 1 ) Bottle ( 1 Month Supply ), the Auto Delivery is about every 25 Days.
For orders of Three ( 3 ) Bottles ( 3 Month Supply ), the Auto Delivery is about every 82 Days.
For orders of Six ( 6 ) Bottles MIXED ( 3 Men & 3 Women ), the Auto Delivery is about every 82 Days.
For orders of Six ( 6 ) Bottles ( 6 Month Supply ), the Auto Delivery is about every 172 Days.
For orders of Twelve ( 12 ) Bottles MIXED ( 6 Men & 6 Women ), Auto Delivery is about every 172 Days.
You may Pause or Cancel a Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Auto Delivery order at any time. However, you MUST contact us, in writing, BEFORE we process and ship your next SAS Auto Delivery order. The order otherwise is subject to our regular policies for Shipping and Returns. You may also Resume or Renew a prior Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Auto Delivery order at any time. You can use the simple Online Contact Form to send us an Email to make any changes.
Can I Exchange returned bottles for other supplements available on your website?
Yes, you can request to Exchange bottles that you return, for other products we offer, as long as the bottles that you return are UnOpened, UnUsed and in Re-Sellable condition ( as described above ).
If the current Price of the New products ( including any applicable shipping charges ) is MORE than the current Value of the Returned products ( Original purchase price, less any applicable shipping charges, discounts and credits, pro-rated for the Net Number of bottles actually purchased and used ) - then you will have to provide complete credit card billing information ( including Billing Address and Shipping Address ) for us to process the AMOUNT DUE for the Exchange Order. Standard shipping charges will apply to any such Exchange Order that is shipped out, regardless of the net order amount or number of bottles in the Exchange Order.
If the current Price of the New products ( including any applicable shipping charges ) is LESS than the current Value of the Returned products ( Original purchase price, less any applicable shipping charges, discounts and credits, pro-rated for the Net Number of bottles actually purchased and used ) - then then we will process a CREDIT to your Original form of payment for that difference. Standard shipping charges will apply to any such Exchange Order that is shipped out, regardless of the net order amount or number of bottles in the Exchange Order.
What if an item I ordered is Missing from the shipment?
We carefully pack and inspect all of our packages before shipping. If there is a Missing item from your shipment, please Call Us or Email Us right-away and explain what is missing. Please provide your Full Name and Address, Order Date and Order Number and the Product Name, which are shown on the Email Order Receipt or Printed Order Receipt included in the shipment package. We will ship any missing item(s) as soon as possible, and at NO extra shipping charge to you. If an item was on BACK ORDER, it might be shipped separately at a later time ( For orders shipped within the Continental USA only ).
What if an item I ordered is Damaged during shipment?
All of our order packages are carefully packed before shipping to you. If you received a Damaged item, please Call Us or Email Us right-away and describe what happened. Please provide your Full Name and Address, Order Date and Order Number and the Product Name, which are shown on the Email Order Receipt or Printed Order Receipt included in the shipment package. We will ship replacement product as soon as possible, and at NO extra shipping charge to you. In some situations, we may need more detailed descriptions and / or photos showing everything that you received. Please wait until we have resolved the matter before discarding any shipping box, poly bag, packaging materials inside or any product items.
What if I received a Wrong item in the shipment ( something I did not order )?
If you received a Wrong item, please Call Us or Email Us right-away and describe what happened. Please provide your Full Name and Address, Order Date and Order Number and the Product Name, which are shown on the Email Order Receipt or Printed Order Receipt included in the shipment package. We will ship replacement product as soon as possible, and at NO extra shipping charge to you. In some situations, we may need more detailed descriptions and / or photos showing everything that you received. Please wait until we have resolved the matter before discarding any shipping box, poly bag, packaging materials inside or any product items.
What if I provided an Incorrect or Invalid Shipping Address?
Carefully review your input of Order details before Submitting your order. This includes: BILLING NAME and ADDRESS, SHIPPING NAME and ADDRESS ( if different ), Email Address and Phone Number(s) and any specific Shipping or Delivery request or instructions ( including Gate Codes or Access Codes ). If you provided or entered an Incorrect or Invalid Shipping Address, please Call Us or Email Us right-away, so we can correct it before we ship your order. If the shipping address provided on your order is Incorrect, Incomplete, Invalid or Insufficient - we are NOT responsible or liable if that shipment does not arrive, or is delayed, lost, or stolen in transit. We cannot offer or provide credit, exchange, replacement or refunds on orders not delivered to you because an Incorrect, Incomplete, Invalid or Insufficient Shipping Address was entered at checkout, unless we receive the products back in UnOpened, UnUsed and in Re-Sellable condition ( as described above ).
Shipping carriers do NOT enable or allow us to change the Delivery Address of an order AFTER it has been shipped. Orders that are returned to us due to an error in the Shipping Address, will be refunded for the purchase price of the products, less any applicable shipping charges or loss due to damage in transit. Any order that is UnClaimed and / or Returned to us, because it is prohibited from entry or denied entry, due to local customs restrictions or other reasons, or because it is unclaimed by the recipient - will be refunded for the purchase price of the products, less any applicable shipping charges or loss due to damage in transit.
What if my Order shows as “Delivered”, but I did not receive it?
If your order status or order tracking details show that your package was delivered, but you can not locate it, we recommend waiting at least 24 to 48 hours before taking action. Sometimes shipping carriers actually show order status or order tracking details as "delivered", even before the package has actually been delivered. Once that time has passed, try the following:

Look for a notice of attempted delivery by the shipping carrier

Check nearby spots where the package may have been left

Ask a neighbor or leasing office / reception area if they accepted a delivery on your behalf

Verify the complete Shipping Address on your order to ensure it was input correctly
